Always use the 80/20 rule.

The business owner that wants to win always thinks in terms of 80/20.

If you have not asked yourself, what is the 20% of business activities that you do that move the 80% of your business? 

Well, then you need to ask yourself that, and many other questions from the the 80/20 perspective.

Once you narrow down on those activities your business endeavors will finally get results. The majority of your time needs to be spent on these activities. It’s important to focus on the activities that will have the most impact on your business.

And once you ask that question you will see that everything then naturally starts moving to a conversation about Sales & Marketing.

The activities that would bring in the most yields would be, sales calls, writing copy, creating marketing videos, writing an ebook, promoting your work etc.

These activities have a direct connection to generating revenue and….

….generating revenue is the oxygen of business. If you are not producing revenue, if your business does not have a stable source of revenue then your business is always in danger of crashing.
